HR Business Partner




£35,000 to £50,000pa

They now seek a commercially focused HR Partner to drive operational excellence as they pursue a programme of continuous improvement.

A rare and exciting opportunity: the successful individual will partner a defined group of internal stakeholders in providing a full range of HR activities.

As part of a small team of HR professionals, the successful individual will oversee -

• Stakeholder management - partnering with internal client groups to provide high quality HR advice and support

• Projects - taking the lead on defined HR Projects to ensure HR’s contribution is aligned to the HR strategy and the organisation’s priorities

• Continuous Improvement - challenging existing practices and processes to drive operational excellence

• Recruitment and Selection - supporting the organisation’s aims of attracting and retaining high quality employees

• Employee Development - creating training and development solutions that add value

• Employee Relations - Building a positive employee relations climate

You will be an HR Generalist within a structure that requires you to act autonomously. You will have a track record and skill set that enable you to deliver effectively at an operational level and beyond. You will be educated to degree level and ideally be CIPD qualified. You will be an effective communicator at all levels and have a strong team-based approach.

Basic salary between £35,000 and £50,000 depending on experience + benefits
