We are not ignoring Covid 19, we will, of course, ensure we place our team, clients and candidate’s health as the top priority.
We are, however, harnessing our inner ‘blitz spirit’ and looking at alternative ways of doing things. Our clients and candidates are working with us to keep processes moving and we already have a significant number of interviews taking place this week – via Skype, FaceTime, Zoom, MS Team, WhatsApp Video etc, within the UK and across Europe.
The world is certainly smaller as technology makes communication much more convenient. Nothing beats a face to face meeting, but technology is closing the gap.
In our new office, we have invested in a dedicated virtual meeting suite that allows our consultants to communicate with our clients and candidates wherever they may be. Don’t let the panic bring your business to a standstill.
