Adjacency is pleased to announce the formalisation of our new Human Resources Consultancy,  offering companies access to our extensive HR Interim network of proven functional specialists.

Developed over a combined 80+ year market experience, we have been fortunate to meet and work with some of the UK’s leading HR specialists across most operating sectors.

We have carefully compiled a network of HR professionals who can work on a low or high touch basis with our clients, to add value across the people agenda, from L&D to Employee Relations, and Organisational Design to Internal Resourcing Strategies.

We also provide board-level experts who can seamlessly plug into a business; either working alongside the current HR team, or as an Interim Leader, offering stability during a transformation.

Adjacency currently has a number of senior interim HR consultants working with clients of varying sizes, adding significant value to their HR proposition and teams during the pandemic.

Commenting on the launch, Miles Greenslade said “we have witnessed a significant mind-shift as we navigated through the pandemic, where organisations had to consider the way they manage and work with their employees. The demand for HR specialists has risen sharply and, with our exceptional network, we are well placed to introduce the appropriate HR Consultant to fulfil our client’s needs. Our network extends wider than traditional HR consultancies; we will offer consultants who have the relevant sector exposure, as well as demonstrable experience and assess cultural fit. Our role as recruiters is to connect clients with exceptional talent, we see this as an extension of that mindset”
